PCM® driven tool holders are designed for various applications of
milling and drilling processes on CNC lathes or Swiss type
machines, available in VDI/DIN 69880 version or adapted to a
particular machine-manufacturer. Mounted on a turret or on a gang
tool post, PCM® driven holders can be delivered are available in
the following combined versions:
• 0° face holder
• 90° angular holder
• Angular and adjustable 0° to 90°
• High-speed holder 1:3 or reduced speed holder 4:1
• External or internal coolant through
• High pressure coolant (max. 130 bars) or standard
Other special driven heads have been developed for Swiss type
machines Citizen notably:
• Whirling head I/O 1:1
• Angle adjustable milling head ± 3°
• Angle adjustable milling head ± 20°
• High-speed (20'000 rpm) and angle adjustable spindlehead 0°
to 90°
• High-speed (15'000 rpm) with two ER11 collet holders.
